a) Full-featured to meet the excitation characteristics (ie, volt-ampere characteristics), ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio difference, and angle difference of various types of CT (eg, protection, metrology, TP) Such test requirements, but also for various types of PT electromagnetic unit excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance test.
